Immerse yourself for an evening in the heart of the City of Martyrs and investigate on the death of Hermes, the delivery man. Meet the inhabitants of this underground city and discover the secrets they are trying to hide…
THIS IS NOT AN ESCAPE GAME
For 2.5 hours, freely explore the City of Martyrs and try to solve the mysterious death of Hermes through quests received directly on your phone.
Throughout your investigation, exchange with 6 actorsDiscover information, uncover secrets, and access private scenes that not all visitors will see. Several groups participate simultaneously, but each team follows its own investigation and never needs to collaborate with other participants.
A smartphone is required to receive quests and progress in the adventure.

Hermes – Who Killed the Delivery Man? is primarily an adventure for explorers already familiar with the City of Martyrs. If you've never played The Wizard of Paris, The Palace of Horror, or The Taxidermist, we advise against this experience and recommend starting with those before attempting this investigation.

This experience takes place throughout the City of Martyrs and will take you through many places, shops and dwellings already featured in our adventures.
Originally, it was designed for players who had already experienced our three games: The Magician of Paris, The Funhouse et The Taxidermist.
If you haven't already done so, we highly recommend playing these adventures before participating in HERMESThis investigation unveils much of the City of Martyrs, its inhabitants, and its secrets. You can certainly enjoy the experience, but you'll miss many references, revelations, and connections that make it so rich.
However, none of the puzzles from our escape games are reused: all the content offered in this adventure is 100% original.
Knowing the characters of the City of Martyrs is also a real advantage. If you've already met them, you'll know better how to approach them, gain their trust, and understand their motivations. And if you're discovering them for the first time, this investigation will allow you to learn more about their history, their relationships, their secrets, and all the lore surrounding the City of Martyrs.
HERMÈS is first and foremost an adventure aimed at those passionate about the City of Martyrs.
Quests are central to the experience and allow you to progress in the investigation.
However, you are free to experience the adventure at your own pace. You can absolutely put the quests aside for a few minutes to interact with the characters, take photos, or learn more about their stories.
The quests guide you, but you are free to enjoy the City of Martyrs as you wish.

All you have to do is go to the Traveling Tavern in the City of Martyrs to enjoy the drinks and snacks offered to the locals… and to passing investigators.

You share the City of Martyrs with other teams, but your journey is entirely personalized.
Thanks to technology developed specifically for this experience, you will never do the same quests at the same time.
You may encounter other players in the corridors of the City of Martyrs, but during your quests and interactions, you will always be only with your group.

The experiment is limited to Maximum 4 players per groupIf you are 5, 6, 7 or 8 people, you will therefore need to divide yourselves into several groups.
Each group will conduct its own investigation and make its own decisions. Therefore, you won't be playing exactly together, but you will have the opportunity to cross paths regularly throughout the adventure, in the streets of the City of Martyrs or at the Traveling Tavern, over a drink and an aperitif.
This allows everyone to fully enjoy the experience while sharing the evening with their friends.

Since HERMÈS is closer to a blend of investigative game and immersive theatre than a traditional escape room, you will sometimes be asked to watch video content during the adventure. These videos are in French, but have English subtitles.
All our actors speak English and can interact naturally with English-speaking participants throughout the experience. These exchanges with the inhabitants of the City of Martyrs are, in fact, one of the central elements of the adventure.
